Easy to Return!

We hope you are satisfied with your order. Nevertheless, if you are not, we provide you the chance where you can return your products within 30 days from the date of receiving the order. 

How can I return?

To place a return request, you need to follow the below mentioned steps.

  • Drop us a mail at blanca@salesbyblanca.com regarding your return
  • Specify the detailed description of the problem and high quality photos that can identify the problem
  • Quote the order number details 
  • On confirmation, we will send you a return label and send you a guide on how to further move your package

Note: Items returned without an approved return request won’t be accepted. 

Must-have Product Conditions?

You must keep in mind a few conditions for your return request to be accepted.

  • The product must be in original and saleable condition 
  • Original label and packaging should be intact
  • The product should not be used 
  • Evidence of purchase such as invoice or order confirmation is necessary 

Damage Issues

If the article is defective, please reach out to us using the mail id: blanca@salesbyblanca.com. We will then suggest to you the ideal steps to set up replacements, parts, repairs, or refunds as needed. Terms of use can also additionally range from product to product. Defective merchandise can most effectively be repaired or changed after 30 days and no refunds can be given after that.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns of risky goods, flammable liquids or gas. If you have any queries or issues, do not hesitate to reach out to us. 

Regrettably, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer refunds only when a return request has been raised. In the above case, you can contact us at blanca@salesbyblanca.com, and we will process your refund. 

On getting your refund request and after scanning it, we will then inform you on the acceptance of your refund request. It will be initiated and refunded to the original payment method. Please take a note that your refunds may take some time as bank approval is required. 

Can I get a product exchange?

The easiest way to get a replacement is to submit a return request and buy the desired product again after it has been approved. In this way, you  get your money back and get the product of your choice. We will not offer the product of your choice in exchange for a return request.
